New Year's Eve Prix Fixe Dinner
Chef Brandon has composed a delicious menu, featuring housemade Foraged Mushroom Tagliatelle or Lamb Assiette, to help you ring in 2012! We are now accepting reservations for New Year's Eve with seatings at 5pm, 7pm and 9pm.
New Sous-Chef Joins the Garden
The transition from Chef Will to Chef Brandon has gone smoothly with the addition of Sous-Chef Anthony Palmisano, who hails from Montpelier, Vermont. He was most recently with the Aquitaine Group at Metropolis Cafe in the South End. (Brandon and Anthony attended culinary school at the New England Culinary Institute together, frequently teaming up for competitions so Chef Brandon was pleased when Anthony accepted his offer to join the Garden team.)
BostonChefs Flavors of Fall
In November, the Garden participated in BostonChefs's Annual Flavors of Fall fundraiser, where we presented one of the most talked about dishes of the night - Textures of Salted Caramel Apple, featuring a sphere of fresh apple juice and caramel powder. (Both Frugal Foodista and The Passionate Foodie included us in their recaps of the evening!)

Did you know that our own Chef Brandon will be competing in an Iron Chef-like challenge, the famous Chef Louie Night, on August 11th?! You get to vote on the ingredients and inspiration for the meal – imagine Batali’s style applied to KFC using Paula Dean’s frying pan.
This promises to be a fun and engaging experience! You’ll even have an opportunity to meet the chefs involved – the host, Chef Louie, Chef Jason Cheek of KO Prime, Chef Jackie Kelly of Jerry Remy’s and our Chef Brandon Arms.
To sweeten the pot, for every ticket sold $5 goes to Loving Spoonfuls, a local non-profit organization that takes food that would otherwise be thrown away and gives it to local crisis centers and soup kitchens!
